Who is Mr. You?
Born as You Lach to Chinese parents who later migrated to Cambodia, Mr. You is the smiling man you see every time you visit our establishment. Mr. You, along with his wife and children, escaped the terror in Cambodia known as the Khmer Rouge and immigrated to the land of opportunity. His family was fortunate enough to receive a sponsor from an American family. In their early days living in the U.S., Mr. You saved enough money to open a small oriental market in Colorado.
